Finding beauty in the abstract and unique

method

When I pour, different types of music are played through high-sensitivity speakers carefully placed to help create unique patterns and textures in each piece. The wave lengths and vibrations from the music move the paint around the canvas and the gravity, music, and flow of the paint create the art.

uniqueness

All pieces made by Jelly are hand poured and unique in appearance. When you commission a piece from Jelly you get to pick the music that will help the art take shape. Because each piece is created using sound vibrations from different songs, no two pieces will ever be the same. Every work is a one-of-a-kind, totally unique art piece.

materials

I use acid-free archival canvas and a unique blend of paint formulated to maximize paint flow and deliver a smooth, glossy finish with ultra vibrant colors. Using these methods I can also produce Jelly art on an endless variety of surfaces, including motorcycle gas tanks, lampshades, skateboards, guitars, car hoods, sides of buildings, playing cards, and more.

testimonials

“I reached out to Aaron about helping me design a guitar pedal enclosure for a pedal that I had built myself. All I had to do was pick out a few colors that I thought I would like to see in the final piece, and Aaron absolutely blew me away with the final result. He delivered an absolutely stunning, high-quality piece of art that brought my guitar pedal to the next level. It is the most talked-about pedal on my entire pedalboard, solely because of the incredible, eye-grabbing finish. I could not have been happier with the final product that Aaron created. It was an incredible experience, overall!”

“We have proudly displayed Aaron’s art in the lobby of our law firm for years. We love it, and so do all of our visitors. Many meetings begin with my explanation of Aaron’s unique creative process, and how we got to know each other. So, not only is Aaron’s art fantastic to look at, but it is a great ice breaker.”

Barry F. Irwin, P.C.

“I’ve known Aaron and have played in a couple of bands with him over the years. Not only is he a great guitarist, but he’s also an amazing visual artist! Aaron’s creative vision came to life on our album covers, posters, stickers, and even our visual media presentations. One of my favorite art pieces Aaron created was for my band, Ali Baba’s Tahini. He made our latest album cover, and we all were blown away by the result!”

“We first met Mr. Sandock at an art fair and fell in love with the feel of his work. He agreed to work with us on a custom piece for our new home. He took our ideas and shaped them into a wonderful creation. Everyone who comes into our home comments on the unique and beautiful work!”
